Dr. Tony Ellenikiotis helped thousands of Bay Area residents achieve their best smile, and optimal occlusion
and facial profile for over thirty years. He was committed to the highest standards of care, and ensured each individual was treated uniquely and
with the utmost attention to detail. He partnered with his patients and team of experts to deliver clinically exceptional, comprehensive care.
He also served as a Clinical Professor and Chairman of Admissions in the Division of
Orthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco UCSF for 25 years. He was passionate about teaching, attracting the very best residents
from
across the country, and training these residents to provide world-class orthodontic care and to become leaders in the field. He trained and mentored
over 125 orthodontic residents during his academic career, and he shared his philosophy of care to the broader orthodontic community through other
teaching endeavors. He has made a lasting impact on the field and the lives of his students, patients, and their families.
"As a full professor at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, Department of
Orthodontics, I learn with and from the outstanding residents who aspire to become orthodontists as well. Teaching at UCSF allows me many
opportunities to learn about the newest advancements being made in orthodontics. I can then share these state-of-the-art procedures with my
patients." --Dr. Tony Ellenikiotis
